Within 30 days: a new Shopify storefront was live, Meta and TikTok ad accounts were structured correctly with conversion tracking, the first creative batch was shot and live, and Klaviyo email flows were up and running. Month 1–2: Foundation. We redesigned and rebuilt the Shopify store from scratch — optimised for conversion, not just aesthetics. Conversion tracking was implemented across every touchpoint. The first creative batch — 12 hero ads in multiple formats — was produced and launched on Meta and TikTok with micro-budgets to gather data before scaling.
Month 3–4: Data & Iteration. The first real data came in. We identified two winning creative angles out of the initial batch and scaled them to $30K/month in spend. Email flows (welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase) were live and converting at 18% open rates.
Month 5–7: Scale. With a proven creative system and profitable ROAS (6.2x blended), we scaled to $120K/month ad spend. We launched new creative weekly, kept audience fresh, and expanded from Meta/TikTok into Google Shopping.
Month 8–10: Infrastructure. At this scale, operations matter. We implemented Moises (our proprietary platform) to unify CRM, email, and campaign analytics in one view. We hired and integrated a social media manager. Retention email revenue grew to 38% of total revenue.
Month 11–12: Dominance. $2.1M/month in revenue. 9.2x blended ROAS. CPA down 62% from launch. The brand is now the most recognized name in its category in the UAE.
