The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for services are defined in individual service agreements or statements of work signed by both parties.

Upon full payment for services, clients receive ownership of deliverables as specified in their service agreement. Clients engaging EMD Marketing services agree to: • Provide accurate and complete information required to deliver services • Respond to requests for approvals, content, or feedback within agreed timeframes • Make payments in accordance with agreed payment schedules • Maintain confidentiality of any proprietary methodologies or strategies provided Delays caused by the client may result in revised project timelines and, where applicable, additional costs.

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise agreed: • Monthly retainer services are invoiced in advance at the start of each billing period • Project-based work typically requires a deposit before commencement • Invoices are due within 14 days of receipt • Late payments may be subject to interest charges as permitted by UAE law All prices are exclusive of VAT where applicable.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information, business strategies, client data, or trade secrets disclosed during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any service agreement. We will not disclose your brand performance data, campaign metrics, or business information to third parties without your written consent, except as required by law.

Our website and services are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee specific results from our marketing services, as outcomes depend on many factors outside our control including market conditions, platform algorithm changes, and industry competitiveness. We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EMD Marketing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate a service agreement in accordance with the termination provisions specified therein. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services immediately, without notice, if you breach these Terms of Service. Upon termination, provisions relating to intellectual property, confidentiality, payment for services rendered, and limitation of liability shall survive.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our website or services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
